Quality Policy
Soilpro's continuous efforts for improvement both analytical and administrative is in having quality system in place to maintain quality objectives throughout the 2000's and beyond by:

Satisfying customers' requirements at all times
Consistent, diligent and quality service
Reliable and good laboratory practice
Compliance to test standard specifications
A known level of accuracy in all tests and measurements
Careful observation and accurate recording of test data
Commitment to on time delivery, innovation and engineering excellence
Training and support of all employees needed to provide quality services

Quality Service
Quality service is defined, not by internal perceptions, but by the standards and expectations of customers. Soilpro will present factual report base on customers' requirements as follows:

Maintain record of samples received for testing and storage
Perform any or a combination of tests according to specifications and international standards
Verify for additional instruction to test variations on specific test methods
Provide a summary of tests results for overall presentation
Specify fastest delivery time based on test duration and capacity
Provide technical competence to deal with enquiries on uncertainties of test results
Provide track record and approval of engineering consultants who require the quality data
